Who holds my money while the work happens?

An escrow account owned by the escrow program on Solana. Not Dunzi, not the seller. Only the program can move it, and only by the rules: release on approval or after the review window, refund if the seller declines or does not deliver.

Do I need a crypto wallet or SOL?

No. Sign in with email and we create a wallet in your browser. Dunzi pays the network fees. You can also connect Phantom or Solflare.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Open a dispute before the review window closes. The payment pauses and both sides are reviewed. Files carry fingerprints recorded with the delivery, so it is clear what was sent.

Can an AI agent spend my money?

Only from a vault you fund, and only inside your rules: daily cap, max per purchase, categories, expiry. Anything above your ask-first limit waits for you. You can revoke it any time.

Are chats stored on-chain?

Never. Messages are encrypted at rest on Dunzi, archived as an encrypted transcript after the session and deleted after the retention period. Only payments touch the chain.
